Identify a strength or strengths in your assessment:

Film- This question was my strongest answer, where I had a clear focus and addressed the question using good detail and clear examples.

Radio-I have started to address the issues and have shown a basic understanding of the question.

Video Games- A clear understanding and a range of key points has been included and I have referred back to the
Question in my conclusion to reinforce I have addressed and understood the question to an extent.

What are the areas you need to improve?

Film- In order to improve this answer, I needed to include information about exhibition as well as a key part of the evolution of technology.

Radio- To ensure I get higher marks and a level 3, I must include more key points and address production, as it was not included in my answer. I should have also explored the content and playlists included in BBC Radio One’s Breakfast Show.

Video Games- However, I needed to include information about Minecraft before 2014, about how it started and the creation of the company Mojang. Moreover, a wider range of methods of distribution needed to be included, which would have related well if I had included the exploration of Mojang pre-2014.

What do you need to focus on for your next assessment?

In order to achieve a higher level and marks, I needed to focus more on the important key factors of the question and address them in detail. By exploring my answer in more depth, I would have shown a better understanding and relation to the overall question. In order to do so, it would help to plan my answer beforehand.
